1. Service Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a service or project at any time. However, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@shanmukhnextgen.com.

  • Consultancy Services: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full reschedule or refund.
  • Project-Based Work: Upon cancellation, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-refundable costs incurred by us.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service provided:

  • Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription-based services are generally not provided for the current billing cycle once the service has been accessed.
  • Custom Development: As custom development involves significant labor and resources, refunds are typically only issued if work hasn't commenced or if there's a material breach of contract on our part.
  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital assets or software licenses are generally not provided once the product has been delivered or accessed.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

4. Modifications
